Pam had over ten years of customer service experience and four years of management experience before she joined Benefit Resource Group in 2004 as an Account Manager. She is responsible for the marketing process for all group and individual accounts that are assigned to her. The marketing process includes: preparing all Request for Proposals, marketing multiple lines of coverage, analyzing market responses, and preparing proposal presentations.
In addition to the marketing process, Pam is also responsible for placing new and renewal business, completing policy renewal analysis, preparing monthly cost analysis reports, maintaining client files, coordinating enrollment meetings, organizing employee health fairs and handling ongoing day-to-day issues.
