Deanna graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 1993 and immediately started working in the field of Sales and Marketing. In 2004, she began her insurance career with a large, regional insurance carrier as an Account Manager working with private and public employer groups that ranged from two employees up to 3,000 employees. In this position, her responsibility for renewal rate negotiations, handling high priority claims issues and conducting enrollment and educational meetings gives her a broad understanding of how to best facilitate the resolution of issues between Benefit Administrators and insurance carriers. In 2007, she was promoted to an Account Executive position where she focused on generating new business and managing the transition of clients through the sales and enrollment process.

In September of 2007, Deanna joined Benefit Resource Group as an Account Executive working with both the Account Management team and our Consultants to ensure that all of our current and prospective clients receive the highest level of service possible. In January, 2008 she was promoted to Broker/Consultant and became responsible for building and maintaining relationships that would bring new clients into Benefit Resource Group.
