Kim has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in the private and public sector. She started her career as a file clerk and was quickly promoted to various positions of increased responsibility. These include:

Senior Accounting Coordinator
Employee Benefits Client Service Assistant
Employee Benefits Services Analyst, Account Manager
Account Executive

During her career, Kim has worked with a very diverse client base that ranged from individuals to large complex groups with multiple locations. Many of her responsibilities included:

marketing various lines of coverage
preparing marketing analysis
placement of new and renewal business
analyzing contracts
coordinating enrollment meetings and health fairs
maintenance of client files
preparation of monthly cost analysis reports
handling ongoing day-to-day issues.

In January 2007, Kim joined Benefit Resource Group as our Administrative Services Manager. With her experience, she is a strong resource managing the servicing team that will be assigned to your account.
