Client Management Services

- Selection of Carrier/Administrator Make professional recommendations to employer and their professional advisors based on specific needs of the client (plan design, service levels, financial competitiveness).
- Proactive Renewal Negotiations Begin renewal process with significant amount of lead time to prepare detailed cost vs. budget analysis for all plans and provide current carrier renewal pricing methodology and competitive carrier options.
- Corporate Wellness Comprehensive web based wellness tools provided to engage your employees in their overall wellness. Plans can be designed to incentivize participation, which eventually may lead to better utilization and lower costs. Additionally, we can coordinate onsite health fairs, flu shots, biometric testing etc.
- Employee Education We can provide Total Compensation Statements which communicate the total cost of all benefits you provide to your employees: salary, vacation, holiday pay, medical, dental, FICA/Medicare Tax, Worker’s Comp, etc. Employee Benefit Booklets provided to assist in educating the employees on the workings of all plans in place. Options include open enrollment meetings, quarterly “brown bag” sessions, insurance committee moderating, individual meetings with benefit counselors, and much more.
- Local/Federal Compliance Live Seminars and webinars on Employee Benefits, Labor Laws, and General Human Resource Issues. Welfare Compliance Guides, Benefit Compliance Calendars, and Model Forms available by group size.
- Benefit Administrator Training We meet with, and provide an extension of, the HR Department in your company. We train HR staff on carrier administration and provide contstant support in this area all throughout the plan year.
- HR Consulting/Outsourcing All clients receive an “Online Client Resource Center” that provides access to HR Daily News, HR & Benefit Essentials, HR videos, and a Client Forum where HR Administrators can communicate with each other to solve problems. HR Advise provides our clients with an online and phone supported Human Resource Customer Service Hotline. We also have HR Consultants on retainer to provide advice and discounted pricing on special projects.
- Claims Tracking For clients with over 100 employees enrolled on the health plan, we will prepare reports that detail the utilization of your plan to help manage the skyrocketing costs of healthcare.
